The walking/running log must be submitted by Friday, October 29 th, 2 p.m. 2021 Update It’s 2021, there are still a very limited number of parkrun events happening around the world - so what’s happening with the Running Challenges extension Name Badge challenge, tons of runs, parkrun Netherlands, and bug fixes (v1.1.1) Loads of stuff in v1.1.1, both new and bugs fixes. The Challenge will begin Friday, October 1 st and continue until Friday, October 29 th.

Participants can Run, Walk, Bike, Swim, or do whatever activity they enjoy to get their miles in for the challenge.Did you ever want to complete a 5K or even a 10K? Well, get those running shoes out because this challenge is for you! This month’s Healthy TC challenge is to complete a 5K or 10K at your own pace, meaning you can either walk, jog, or run. As your miles start adding up, you will earn various milestone badges to help keep you motivated to keep moving forward. Starting January 1st, 2022 we embark on our second year of the My Best Year Challenge when participants will start logging their miles in our activity tracking platform. THE CHALLENGES: 75 Mile 150 Mile 250 Mile 500 Mile Endless Miles. The My Best Year Challenge was started to give individuals an opportunity to better themselves by motivating an active lifestyle throughout an entire year.
